When it snows in May

What’s a girl to do when the world is grizzly and grey? Experiment in the kitchen (after watching hours of television)! I have a half used box of yellow cake mix in my food bucket and have been trying to come up with ways to use it that are more creative than just making a cake. Inspired by a post over at Undressed Skeleton (and my love for cool whip), I made…

Yellow Cake Dip with Graham Cracker Crumbs

Mix together 1 cup cool whip, 1/3 cup yellow cake mix, and 1 tbsp graham cracker crumbs until smooth. Then add sprinkles just because. This would perfect for dipping fruit or crackers or even eating with a spoon.

What makes this lounge-fest even sweeter is that right before I crawled into bed to hibernate for the rest of the day, I turned this in.

ImageFor some reason this picture is super blurry when I upload it, BUT this is my senior thesis. Over a year of hard work has resulted in these 38 pages and from the bottom of my heart I would like to say: SEE YA.
