Peanut Butter Banana Chia Pudding


Inspired by this yummy vegan food website, I made this pudding thing for breakfast. Per my new obsession, I added 2 tbsp of PB2 this morning.


  • ¾ C. Banana
  • ¼ C. Almond Milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 2½ Tbsp. Chia Seeds


Blend together the first 5 ingredients and then pour them on top of the chia seeds. Mix and leave in the fridge overnight. Wake up to a remarkably healthy breakfast and enjoy.
